Dr. Daphna Shwartz-Asher is a researcher and a lecturer at Tel-Hai Academic College.
In her previous position she was a research associate at the Faculty of Education in Science and Technology at the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology studying attitudes towards career.
During 2014-2017, she was a visiting research associate at Rutgers Center for Information Management, Integration and Connectivity (CIMIC), studying social media in E-government context.
Her Ph.D. titled “Virtual Team Structure” was awarded by The Faculty of Management at Tel Aviv University.
Her research interests are human behavior aspects of communication technologies, distance learning and assessment, career choices, 21st century skills and digital orientation.
She has experience in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the management discipline.
